Directions:

2. Extract with the password onimike
3. Move the folder "SCUS00000" to your "PSP/GAME" directory. (No need to mess with anything!)
4. Go to your memory stick under games, and select Metal Gear Solid.
5. Enjoy!

The second CD's steps are exactly the same, except the folder is named "SCUS00001", as to not overwrite the first CD on your memory stick.
