ako nag xenical ngayon. hirap magpapayat kasi walang time pumunta sa gym. ansarap kumain ang hirap naman magpapayat.

mga bro at sis.. paano ba magbawas ng weight?? yung pwede mo gawin araw araw na hinde mahirap pero sure namn na mababawasan ka... meron kami d2 basketball court.. pwede din ako bumili ng mga dumbbells.. marunong din ako mag sit-ups.. push-ups.. ano b mga ginagwa nio?? para mag lose ng weight?

kit kat, ang pinakamabilis na pag-lose ng weight, mga cardio, like, bike, treadmill (walking),etc.. tipong tagak-takan pawis mo.. tsaka sabayan mo ng weights para hindi lumawlaw (Bulges) yung skin mo.. para din maging firm yung muscles mo..usually, 45mins cardio or kung kaya mo 1hour pwede.. tapos 45 mins ng weights.. ang weights naman.. count 'til 20-25 tapos 2-3 repetition.. pero as much as possible alternate yung weights,, para while nag-papahinga yung isang part ng muscle mo, yung isang muscle naman yung gagalaw..

try zenical or biofit or fitrum or c-lium fiber..

eat fiber rich foods..

do crunches nad sit ups, or best yung belly dancing.. try mo. sarap! lols

eto gawa ko everyday:

push ups - 30 reps after waking up and before sleeping
leg riase - 30 reps after waking up and before sleeping

tapos i eat when i get hungry, cguro 5 times a day yung frequency. pgkumain ak dapat ndi nabubusog..  Smiley

i constantly lose 1-2lbs a week.. better than starving your self.. and its healthly at least in my opinion..

guys gusto ko pumayat pumayat na ako ng bahagya kasa dati kaso mas gusto ko pa pumayat di na kasi ako makapag jogging eh maaga ang pasok meron ba kayo reccomended na excersise at diet
