kung mapapansin nyo high protein diet plan ko. wheat bread, and whet crackers kahit classified sya as carbs may protein content pa din sya. i'll reverse my diet plan siguro pag 3rd week ng feb. boxer's/competition diet aman gagawin ko.
yeah...kasi masyado madami carbs hehe...pansin ko lang naman....try mo mag basa sa forum.bodybuilding yung mga diet nila dun...
sakin kasi toned and ripped not bulk. sa mga gustong ripped and toned and not bulk google nyo fitnessblackbook.
kung ako sayo mag bulk muna ko kahit mga 185-190lbs...tapos cut to 160lbs...mas maganda ang pag tone at ripped...wait upload ako dito pics soon..para maipakita ko kalalabasan after mag cut tapos nung bulk... Grin
thats too heavy! as what i have said i dont want bulk. been there done that.
bigyan kita example...I mean kasi is di ka pede mag gain ng muscle pag nag pa ripped kana...

Talagang manghihina ang Tao sa diet mo pag sinubukan nila yan kasi konti...try mo post yan sa bbuilding forum yan at sasabihin konti talga yan tapos manghihina ka...di naman ako sa nag mamarunong pero tambay kasi ako sa bbuilding forum..yep marami po ako nababasa at nalalaman...peace Grin

kaya nga sabi ko magconsulta sa dietician at nutricionist eh.sya mismo nag prepared ng diet plan ko. pero ako hindi nanghihina. kasi nasa 2,300 calorie a day yan.

ahh kaya pala..kumonsulta kapala talaga...pero pag mga bulkers na 200lbs'ers eh mang hihina sila diyan...ngayon gets ko na point mo .... Grin
